The Michigan State Fairgrounds are used for the annual State Fair which occurs in the August-September timeframe.   The Fairgrounds are also used for many other expositions, festivals, and events.    The Michigan State Fairgrounds are located at the intersection of State Fair and Woodward Avenues.
