The NDSC includes over 25 hands-on exhibits offering live interactive science demonstrations. The New Science Center features Michigan’s only IMAX® Dome Theatre, the Dassault Systèmes Planetarium; the Ford Learning Resource Center; the DTE Energy Sparks Theater; the DaimlerChrysler Science Stage, and more. The mission of The New Detroit Science Center is to inspire Detroit area children and their families to discover and appreciate science, technology and engineering.
